The stars that shine brightest in our eyes

For solo Cello | 2’ | 2021

Program Notes: "The stars that shine brightest in our eyes" is about the people in our lives that we see as superstars, even if the credit they rightfully deserve often goes unnoticed, they still are shining brightly. For me, I was writing about my mother. It was commissioned by Nick Photinos as part of the Georgia Senate Runoff Commissioning Project led by Matthew Kennedy.
